The Run

Course

Choose our 5K or 10K course and soak it all in: mainly flat, groomed trails that wind through scenic Island Lake Conservation Area in Orangeville with beautiful forest and lake views.

Kids age 9 and under can run our 0.5K Kids Challenge for Free.

Choose our In-Person or Virtual run. If our in-person run must be cancelled, all participants will automatically be transferred to our virtual run.

In-Person Run

Run at Compass on June 13, 2026 with opening ceremonies, personal chip-time results, refreshments, and results ceremony! Register in advance.

Virtual run

Run Virtual, Anywhere, Anytime in June! You’ll receive instructions on how to track and submit your results.

Register, create a team, donate and help feed neighbours and fuel kids!

NOTE: 10K is out-and-back due to temporary trail closures.

There are no water stations (emergency water available), so carry your own water on the course.

Thanks to our sponsors, all registration fees go to established food programs in Dufferin County, including Food Banks and School Nutrition Programs.

9:30 am - 5K Run/Walk start

9:45 am - Refreshments and BBQ available

10:45 am (est.) - Results presentations (course closed)
